For the ultimate simplification of the payment, Żabka Polska sp. z o.o. has introduced PayPass readers facilitating payments by MasterCard and Maestro featuring a chip in PayPass technology.

PayPass cards (also called contactless cards) are payment cards where an addititionally integrated circuit allows data to be transferred via radio waves between the card and the terminal enabling each transaction to be carried out automatically, without the assistance of the cashier. All you have to do is put the card against a special reader on the counter and the bill will be paid automatically. In case of larger amounts, PayPass transactions must be additionally authorised by the customer.
