• municipality at least 5,000 inhabitants

• high-density housing with a large number of residential apartments

• a trading passage
  

• a high-footfall area

• preferably located on the ground floor in the corner of the building

• premises square footage: above 70m2
  

• sales space above 45m2

• preferably a rectangular shape of the sales hall

• a separate entrance for supplies
