Every producer beginning a co-operation with Żabka Polska sp. z o.o. becomes a part of an effective and optimised system of distributing goods from two logistic centres to Żabka stores nationally. M&M Logistyk, Sp. z o.o., a renowned international group offering the highest quality transportation service and a full range of logistic services is our operator. The system enables a well-organised promotional activities and an uncomplicated introduction of new stock items.
The all-Poland range of Żabka network allows our producers to present their offer to numerous customers in about 2000 stores. The producers also have the opportunity of advertising their products via POS materials available in every Żabka store.
Conditions of cooperation with producers are detailed in every contract signed by both sides. The contract guarantees the suppliers many years? presence in the biggest and the most modern network of convenience stores in Poland and is signed for an indefinite period of time with a 3-monthly notice period. It contains general terms and conditions, including:
- principles of goods? purchase by Żabka from producers
- principles of goods? supplies to Żabka Logistic Centers
- framework of co-operation concerning the development of Żabka stores
- security measures for the offered goods
- permanent availability of goods in Żabka stores
